Qns 1. How do
I place an order?
Ans: We only accept orders online by emails.
Customers can download the order
form or use the format stated under "How
To Order" at http://www.shoplah.com/how%20to%20shop.htm
and email to order@shoplah.com.
Qns 2. How long do I need to wait
to receive my order?
Ans: For customers in Singapore, upon receiving
your payment, your products will arrive Singapore in approximately
7 working days (not inclusive of mailing or home delivery
time). Mailing or delivery time will take about 2 - 3 working
days. There may be delay in shipment sometimes and we apologise
for any inconvenience caused.
For customers outside Singapore, upon receiving
your payment, we will send out your items in about 5 - 7
working days time and tracking number will be provided.
Delivery time will vary for different countries.
Qns 3. Apart from the price stated
in the website, are there other charges?
Ans: For customers in Singapore, all prices
are inclusive of shipment cost of items to Singapore except
local delivery charges. Customers can choose the mode of
delivery (normal mail, registered mail, local courier service
etc).
For customers outside Singapore, the prices
in the website are exclusive of shipment charges to the
destination country. Customers can refer to the rates
here to find out more on the courier charges.
Qns 4. What are the different types
of delivery?
Ans: For customers in Singapore, delivery
can be made by parcel mail, home delivery by courier or
self collection. Customers can refer to "Delivery"
section under http://www.shoplah.com/how%20to%20shop.htm
for more detailed information.
For customers outside Singapore, delivery
will be made only by courier service.
Qns 5. How do I make payment for my
order?
Ans: For customers in Singapore, payment can
be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer/ Cheques/
Cash. Once payment has been received, your order will be
processed.
For customers outside Singapore, payment can
be made by Western Union/ Moneybookers/ PayPal/ Telegrahpic
transfer(TT) to our bank accounts. Our account details will
be provided upon receiving your orders.
Qns 6. If the item doesn't fit me,
can I ask for a refund?
Ans: All goods sold are non-refundable but
we can help our customers with an exchange. Please refer
to our policies
for the exchange terms.

discounts?
Ans: You can refer to our promotions
