How To Order

There are 2 ways to place an order with us:

1) You can either place an order with us by filling up the form at this link here. OR

2) You can use the order form and email it to us at order@shoplah.com.

Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.

Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.

 

How To Pay

-Within Singapore-

1. We only accept full payment. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. Items will be sent out promptly once the shipment arrives Singapore.

2. Payment can be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer/ Cheques/ Cash. Learn more.

3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

4. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery postage. Customers can choose the mode of delivery. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the rates.

6.Upon payment, the products will arrive Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.

We accept:

 

-Outside Singapore-

1. Customers have to pay in full amount for the products they have ordered before delivery.

2. Payment can be made by Fund transfer / Western Union / Moneybookers / PayPal / Telegrahpic transfer(TT). Malaysia customers can use internet / ATM fund transfer to our Malaysia Maybank account.

3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

4. Payment can be made in US dollars (USD) / Singapore dollars (SGD). Malaysia customers can make payment in Ringgits (MYR). Our exchange rate is SGD1.00 = MYR2.50

5. All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges to the destination country. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the shipping rates.

Delivery

-Within Singapore-

The products will reach Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Delivery options are as follow:

1. Mail delivery

a) Normal mail - Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail.

Postage for Normal mail:

1 - 2 items: $1.50

3 - 4 items: $2.50

5 - 11items: $3.50

b) Registered mail - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.20 to normal mail postage.

Postage for Registered mail:

1 - 2 items: $3.70

3 - 4 items: $4.70

5 - 11items: $5.70

12 items and above - Refer to local courier service below

2. Local courier service

This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent article and compulsory for article which exceeds 2KG in weight. The minimum charge is SGD9.15. Article will be received on the same day of delivery in Singapore. For the rates of local courier service, click here.

3. Free Delivery for wholesale orders (21 items and above). Refer to promotion.

 

-Outside Singapore-

For Malaysia customers:

Shipment will take approximately 7 working days* to reach Malaysia. Postage will be charged at the same rate as local delivery. Registered mail is mandatory and tracking number will be provided after delivery.

Postage for Registered mail:

1 - 2 items: SGD3.70

3 - 4 items: SGD4.70

5 - 11 items: SGD5.70

12 -20 items: SGD9.15

Free Delivery for Malaysia wholesale orders (21 items and above). Refer to promotion.

Our exchange rate is SGD1.00 = MYR2.50.

Other countries:

Delivery will be made by air mail or courier service depending on the total weight. Each item will weigh approximately 150gm. Customers may check the rates here.
