2. If you are making different types of orders, you can choose to use the order form and email it to us.

3. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.

Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.

 

How To Pay

-Within Singapore-

1. We only accept full payment. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. Items will be sent out promptly once the shipment arrives Singapore.

2. Payment can be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer/ Cheques/ Cash. Learn more.

3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

4. All prices are inclusive of shipping cost of items to Singapore except local delivery charges. Customers can choose the mode of delivery. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the rates.

6.Upon payment, the products will arrive Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.

-Outside Singapore-

1. Customers have to pay in full amount for the products they have ordered before delivery.

2. Payment can be made by Western Union/ Moneybookers/ PayPal/ Telegrahpic transfer(TT) to our bank accounts.

3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

4. Payment are to be made in US dollars (USD).

5. All prices are not inclusive of delivery charges to the destination country. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the rates.

Delivery

-Within Singapore-

The products will reach Singapore in approximately 7 working* days (not inclusive of local delivery time). Delivery can be as follows:

1. Mail delivery. Postage will depend on the weight of the parcel. Normal mailing will be used unless requested by customer for registered mail**. Normal mail postage for parcel below 2KG will range from SGD1.00 - SGD3.50. There will be an additional SGD2.20 for registered mail. For parcel more than 2KG, the charges will go by Singpost local courier service rate.

Postage for Normal mail:

1 - 2 items: $1.00 - $1.50

3 - 4 items: $2.50

5 - 11items: $3.50

12 items and above - Refer to local courier service below

2. Local courier service. This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent article and for article which exceeds 2KG in weight. The minimum charge is SGD9.15. Items will be received on the same day of delivery in Singapore. For the rates of local courier service, click here.

3. Free Delivery for wholesale orders (21 items and above). Refer to promotion.

For Malaysia customers:

Postage by AIR mail

Normal mail: SGD $1.00 per item (e.g. 5 items purchased and normal postage is SGD $5.00)

Registered mail: SGD $1.00 per item + SGD $2.20 (e.g. 5 items purchased and registered postage is SGD $7.70.)

Free Delivery for wholesale orders (21 items and above). Refer to promotion.

Other countries:

Delivery will be made by air mail or courier service depending on the total weight. Each item will weigh approximately 150gm. Customers may check the rates here.
