Exchange
policy
We provide the best service to our customers
and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here.
A sizing
chart is provided to help our customer determine
a fit that is comfortable.
An exchange will be made if:
1. The colour of the product we delivered
is not the colour customer has ordered.
2. The size of the product we delivered
is not the size customer has ordered.
3. The product is torn/damaged at the time
of delivery after the customer has checked the product.
Item tag must NOT be
removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange
within 7 days after receiving the item.
For item which we have delivered to customer
in the correct size and colour and customer would like to
make an exchange for another size / colour / design, there
will be an additional charge of min. SGD4.00 to cover the
shipment cost*.
Refund policy
A full refund of the product paid will
be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after
making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the
order has been processed.
Once the order has been processed, the
payment will not be refunded.
Reservation
1. Reservation of
items is only valid upon receiving payment.
2. Customers should
make payment as soon as possible once they receive the payment
details to avoid stock unavailability.
* An exchange to any item below the original
price will be min SGD4.00. An exchange to any item above
the original price will be min SGD4.00 + price difference.
